Our Classes
We offer an extensive list of classes that can help you progress as an athlete.
These are open to both members and non-members. You can see our calendar and book by clicking here.
Please note private tumbling sessions must be booked using the link below.

Stunt Privates
Stunt privates are the perfect opportunity to sharpen your technique and develop skills beyond regular team training. Whether you’re brand new to flying or already experienced, these sessions are tailored to help you progress. With our skilled group of bases, you’ll have the support and expertise needed to take your stunting to the next level.

Tumbling Privates
Looking for a more personalised experience? Our Private Tumbling Sessions offer a maximum 4:1 ratio, giving you tailored coaching and focused attention on the skills you want to work on. You choose your coach, set your goals, and make faster progress. Members can book directly through the Coacha app, while non-members can book here.

Coed Privates
Our Coed Private Sessions give you dedicated time to refine your technique and take your coed stunting to the next level. Coed stunts are single-based skills, so these sessions are best suited for experienced flyers. If you’re just starting out, we recommend beginning with our Stunt Privates to build strong foundations first.

Tumbling
Join our Tumble Class and start flipping with confidence! With access to a sprung floor, tumble track, and rod floor, athletes have the perfect environment to safely advance their skills. Our instructors are qualified to teach everything from the basics right up to double fulls, helping you progress step by step. Our classes are split into:
A- Layouts to Spins
B- Tucks to Layouts
C- Handsprings to Tucks
D- Walkovers to Handsprings
If you are new to tumbling attend D, if you are unsure please email and we can help.

Jump Class
Join our Jump Class and take your jumps to the next level! These sessions focus on improving height, technique, and sharpness, helping athletes achieve cleaner and more powerful jumps.
Whether you’re perfecting the basics or pushing for elite-level skills, this class will give you the tools to stand out on the floor. What are you waiting for?

Flexibility
Join our Stretch Class, designed to help flyers take their flexibility and body positions to the next level. Our athletes are recognised worldwide for their incredible stretch skills—now it’s your chance to learn the techniques that set them apart.
If you’re aiming for stunning body lines, improved flexibility, or sharper performance, this class will give you the tools to stretch like the best.
Hire the Rod Floor/Tumble Track
Need extra time to work on your tumbling outside of class? Our Open Tumble Hire gives you the chance to book the tumble track or rod floor for 30-minute sessions at just £2.75 per slot. Each slot allows up to 4 athletes, and you can book multiple sessions if you’d like more time to train and perfect your skills. Book here.
