We offer an extensive list of classes that can help you progress as an athlete.

These are open to both members and non-members. If you are not a member there is more information on how to book below.

Stunt privates are your chance to level up your technique and skills outside of your team training. 

We run a beginner and advanced stretch class every week to help flyers advance their stretches. Come along and learn how to stretch like our flyers

Cheer Dance

Our cheer dance classes are lots of fun. Each session you will learn a new dance meaning not only will your dance skills improve but so will  your ability to pick up choreography.

If you want to learn to flip this is the class for you. We have a sprung floor, tumble track and rod floor to help you achieve these skills. Our instructors are qualified to teach up to double fulls.

Tumbling

S.J.C

SJC is our stretch, jump and conditioning class. This is ideal for working on not only your jumps but also your fitness and flexibility.
